Design Philosophy: The shape of the mixing plant and the lined pattern on the roof speak about the company’s main business line –
rubber. The mixing plant resembles the hollow of a rubber cylinder. The curved roof lines create an interesting pattern of natural light infusing the shop floor with the brightness of daylight that is rare. Good use of the rising and falling ground is made by entering the office at a higher level. This also allows an excellent view from the office block all the way to the shop floor below.
